Big on BBQ
Mark Crain at Papa’s Bar and Grill started out as a truck driver. When you’re on the road all the time, you eat out a lot. Mark developed a no-nonsense idea of what a restaurant should be. No frills. Just delicious.
Now Mark has a competitive streak and that led him barbeque. He’s a humble guy, who’s uncomfortable with a list of his wins. But there are two ways to see how good he really is. One, just look at that collection of trophies. He’s impressed a number of judges along the way. And two, taste his food. Of course, this is the real test. Juicy! Tender! You’ll be delighted his servings are so generous, because every bite is exactly how barbeque should taste. Slow cooked to delectable perfection.
